How fast do orders ship?
Vaelkit desk mats are printed on demand (production ~1–2 business days), then shipped worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, but typically take ~1–2 weeks total. A tracking link will be provided via email the moment your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your mat has any printing defects or doesn't meet your expectations, send us a photo and we'll issue a full refund or free replacement immediately.
Are the mats easy to clean?
Yes! Our desk mats are crafted with a smooth polyester surface and double-stitched borders that can be cleaned easily. If it gets dirty, simply hand wash with mild soap and cold water, then air dry.
