SHIPPING GUIDELINES

All desk mats are custom-made on-demand. Orders are custom printed on demand and shipped worldwide.

Processing/Printing: 1–2 business days.
Delivery: typically 1–2 weeks total depending on destination.
Tracking links will be emailed instantly upon dispatch.

30-DAY WARRANTY

We offer a full 30-day print-perfection warranty. If your desk mat arrives with printing alignment issues, color bleed, or fraying borders:

Send a photo of the defect to support@vaelkit.com along with your Order ID, and we will issue a free replacement or full refund immediately.

TAXES & DUTIES

Orders shipped within the USA are subject to standard state sales taxes. International customers (Canada & UK) are responsible for customs clearances and local import VAT at the point of receipt.
